This is a story about a watershed moment in my life. When I was 7 years old, in the early hours of a May morning, my father died of a stroke. Before that moment life was understandable, afterwards I understood nothing. As a young adult I was deeply disturbed but thanks to psychiatry and my will to recover, I was able to function well after a few years. I was crazy, but now I am normal.When I went on holiday after my retirement I never thought that the influence of my childhood was still strong.
